Each bundle includes a crystal (rose quartz, amethyst, or fluorite), a locally grown and ethically sourced sage bundle from Ojai, California, a selenite wand, and a brass key tag from (@cottonandcomb) to use and remind yourself of the intentions you set.

Rose quartz - carries lots of unconditional love energies, love to oneself and to others. 

Amethyst - is known to be a calming crystal, carries lots of de-stressing, anti-anxiety, and grounding properties.

Fluorite - a very grounding, centering, spiritual awakening crystal.

How to use: 

  1. Hold the crystal in your hand.
  2. Set your intentions for the day or for your moment.
  3. Light your sage and blow out the flame.
  4. While the sage is smoking, waft the smoke around you and your space.
  5. Take a deep breath and set your intentions,
  6. TIP - take the keychain and add it to your keys. So every time you see it, it can help remind you of the intentions that you set for yourself.
